Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless jo99 itself voids a match or market. During live betting, odds update in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.

Match cancelled or abandoned

Maximum & Minimum Stakes

• The minimum stake per bet may vary depending on the specific market
• Jo99 sets the maximum bet limits and may adjust them at any time
• Jo99 may suspend bet acceptance or withhold payouts if unusual betting patterns are detected
• Jo99 reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error

Deposit Conditions

General Bonus Terms

• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jo99 platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or fraudulent information
• Using betting software, bots, or automated tools
• Intentionally exploiting odds or system errors
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Match fixing or any other fraudulent betting strategy
• Harassing or threatening platform staff

Jo99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• For engaging in prohibited activities
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities
• Extended period of account inactivity

Members may request to close their account at any time. All pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn before the account is closed.
